Training for senior management

The training of key senior executive and functional managers is critical to the regulatory regime established be the Gambling Commission. To be accredited as a “low risk” operation in order to enjoy earned regulatory autonomy, operators need to be able too demonstrate that key employees, including personal licence holders are in receipt of regular high quality training in key aspects of the compliance regime.
