Regulatory due diligence reviews

In anticipation of an acquisition or sale, a new licence application or in response to regulatory changes, the Phene Group can conduct due diligence reviews of your own, or a target gambling operator.

Due diligence reviews will examine the compliance history and risk profile of the target company to enable a regulatory risk assessment to be performed, as well as an analysis of the regulatory issues that will arise as the businesses are integrated.
